Terms and Conditions — LS1 Game

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the player," "you") and ls1 game ("the platform," "we," "us"). By creating an account on ls1game.net or by accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

ls1 game is an online gaming platform offering slots, fish games, bingo, and related gaming content. The platform operates in PKR and is designed for use by players in Pakistan. These Terms apply to all access and activity on the platform, including via the mobile app and any browser-based access.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, which form part of the overall agreement between you and ls1 game. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms take precedence unless a specific promotion or game rule explicitly states otherwise.

To register and maintain an account on ls1 game, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ls1 game does not permit access by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — corporate or institutional registrations are not accepted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You may only hold one active account on ls1 game at any time. If you have a previous account that was closed, contact support before attempting to register a new one.
• You must keep your account credentials — username and password — secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

ls1 game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed. This process exists to protect players against unauthorised account use.

If you discover that someone has gained access to your account without your permission, contact support immediately. ls1 game will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, but cannot be held responsible for losses that occurred before the unauthorised access was reported.

All deposits and withdrawals on ls1 game are processed in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash , Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The payment method you use to deposit is generally the same method through which withdrawals are processed.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the payment stage within your account. These amounts may vary by payment method.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your account balance within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Standard withdrawal processing times are displayed in the payments section of your account.
• ls1 game does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. Check with your payment provider for details.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• ls1 game reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and is not an indication of any problem with your account.

Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific requirements for each bonus are set out in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered. Real-money balances that have not been mixed with bonus play are not subject to wagering conditions and can be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification requirements.

ls1 game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free play credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events like the PSL and major T20 cricket fixtures. All bonuses are subject to terms specific to each promotion, which are published at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering is complete are removed from the account without replacement.
• Each promotion is intended for one eligible account per household or IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotion across multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in all bonuses being voided.
• ls1 game reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will not be affected by mid-promotion changes unless fraud is suspected.
• VIP cashback is calculated based on eligible play during the relevant period and credited automatically. The cashback percentage varies by VIP tier.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

All games on ls1 game — including slots, fish games, and bingo — operate using certified random number generation where applicable. The outcome of each game round is independent of previous rounds. Past results do not influence future outcomes.

Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface before and during play. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before wagering. ls1 game is not liable for losses that result from a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics.

• In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, the platform will record the last confirmed game state. Bets that were placed before disconnection are settled based on the recorded outcome. If the outcome cannot be determined, the bet amount is returned to your account.
• In the unlikely event of a technical error that results in an incorrect display of a win or an incorrect payout, ls1 game reserves the right to correct the error. Winnings paid as a result of a clear technical fault are not valid and will be reversed.
• Bingo game rules, ticket prices, prize structures, and jackpot conditions are displayed in the bingo lobby before joining a room. These vary by room type.
• Fish game room entry requirements, weapon costs, and prize structures are set per room. Players should review the room rules before entering.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ls1 game. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform outside of normal manual play.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform software. Any such discoveries must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including fish games or bingo rooms.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial activity unrelated to legitimate gaming.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Sharing account credentials with another person, or using another person's account.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a deposit through your payment provider without first contacting ls1 game support. Chargebacks will trigger an immediate account review.

ls1 game collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and platform operation. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to the data practices described, you should not register an account.

• Your personal information will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data shared with payment processors (such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banks) is limited to what is required to process your transaction.
• ls1 game may retain transaction and gameplay records for a period required for financial and operational compliance purposes.
• You have the right to request a summary of the personal data held about you. Contact support to make such a request.

ls1 game is an entertainment platform. Gaming should be enjoyable and should never be used as a way to generate income or to recover financial losses. The platform provides tools to help players manage their time and spending. These tools are available in the account section and are described in detail on the Responsible Gaming page.

• Players can set deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods through the account section.
• If you feel that your gaming is becoming problematic, you can request a self-exclusion period. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access the platform.
• ls1 game will not market to players who are under a self-exclusion period.
• Players are encouraged to play with money they can afford to set aside for entertainment, and never to chase losses.

ls1 game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain uptime and game integrity, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

• ls1 game is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile data interruptions.
• ls1 game is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or bonus terms.
• In the event of a platform outage during active gameplay, ls1 game will make reasonable efforts to restore the last verified game state. Compensation is at the platform's discretion and will not exceed the value of the affected bet.
• ls1 game's total liability to any individual player for any single event shall not exceed the value of the deposit made in connection with that event.

Nothing in these Terms limits ls1 game's liability for matters that cannot be limited under applicable law, including fraud or wilful misconduct by the platform.

ls1 game reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If changes are significant, ls1 game will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered contact details or through an in-platform notification. However, it remains the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not accept updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure by contacting support. Outstanding balances at the time of closure will be processed according to the withdrawal policy.
